By Auto:
• From 580, exit on Grand Ave. (not West Grand).
  
• Go left on Grand.
  
• Go approximately two blocks on Grand.
  
• See building marked "Piedmont Executive Center" on the left which is 3645 Grand Ave.
  
• See parking information below.
  
• Come in the front door.
  
• Take the elevator or stairs up to Suite 205, the Healing Center.

By BART:
• Get off BART at 19th Street.
  
• Take #12 bus at corner of 19th & Broadway.
  
• Bus will say #12 Grand Avenue.
  
• Bus takes you to Grand and Weldon.
  
• Go to 3645 Grand which is across the street.
  
• Follow instructions above.
  
  #12 bus runs every 23 and 53 minutes after the hour on weekends, 30 minutes apart on weekday mornings, and every 20 minutes on weekday evenings.

Parking:
• Monday thru Saturday, you may park on any side street where it is not prohibited. From Grand, turn right on Weldon and left on Walker for good parking options or on Sunnyslope near Safeway.
  
• On Sundays, street parking is readily available. Meters do not operate on Sundays.
  
• Please note: on weekends, our building locks on the outside at 5:30 pm in case someone may be coming in at the end of our program.

1.  Start going toward the AIRPORT EXIT
2.  Take ramp onto US-101 NORTH toward SAN RANCISCO
3.  Take RIGHT fork onto I-80 EAST toward US-101 N/OAKLAND/SEVENTH ST/BAY BRIDGE. As you come off of the bridge, stay in the righthand lane. Follow the signs to 580 East (towards downtown Oakland)
