Here is Lakshmi,

offer to alleviate suffering. So many people worry
about not having enough – and if you’re one of them,
there are some action steps that you can take to
bring more abundance into your life.
There is a teacher
from India whose mission it is to
help people to attract money and to burn off old
insufficiency karma. Coming from an ancient Tamil
tradition of powerful manifestation, he brings specific
rituals and mantras that create worldly results. In
one of them, he suggests that you take a lemon
each day and hold it up to specific parts of your
upper body while chanting a certain mantra. He tells
you to roll the lemon on your third eye, temples,
shoulders, chest and throat while imagining a blue
light emitting from these areas, imagining that the
lemon is absorbing your old karma. All the while, you
chant these words, “Thiru Neela Kantam” – (TEE-ru
NEE-lah KAHN-tam), an ancient karma-burning chant.
You do this for three minutes, and then you cut up
the lemon, throw it away and wash your hands. After
this, you clearly imagine and reinforce whatever
positive manifestations you’re creating for your life.

Okka Holthuis, founder of Rainbow Healing Center in
West Palm Beach, Florida, certified as a Health
Practitioner, Hypnotist, Spiritual Counselor, and
Instructor has dedicated her life to supporting others
improve their life situations. Okka is a graduate of our
hypnotherapy certification program, and she does
beautiful healing work. One of the contributions she’s
made is her assistance to Hurricane Katrina survivors
in Louisiana. She and a friend took a huge truck filled
with provisions and drove it into Louisiana to provide
