Dear
Marilyn,
You have miraculous innate powers to
transform your consciousness and life, especially the three levels of
consciousness from which you can view the world. In Level One, the close
up view, you see events literally. In Level Two, you can move into a state
in which you're not at the effect of circumstances. In fact, you
experience your current reality as an opportunity for profound education,
wisdom, and spiritual evolution. In this level, you understand that you
came here to learn from the things that are taking place in your life.
When you step up even more to Level Three, you see that the current
reality is not a reality at all. It's only the apparent reality, and
beyond it is only love. Everything else is a shadow play of the essence.
This view is from the "skybox," a place very high and clear. When you're
in the skybox, you see into the very life of things, into the underlying
essence.
Making a Vibrational
Shift
When you you enter Levels Two
and Three, you make a vibrational shift, you discover that your Soul Self
is the creator here, and now you can make significant alterations of
perspective in your world, and you can know the essence of life.
The
Possibilities for Compassion
Even
when you come to understand that your Soul Self is at the helm in the
creation of your world, you can still have compassion for others, as well
as your own self, who are experiencing challenging realities. At the same
time, you can go to the skybox, in which you see from a very high
perspective. You feel the love that is the substratum and core of
everything, no matter how it appears from a Level One point of view. One
woman went to India, traveling to temples, chanting and breathing
rhythmically all the while. She said, "After a few days of temples and
continuously chanting, I barely felt earthbound. It seemed I was floating
about six inches off the ground. The world became less solid and I
glimpsed how it was simply a veil, just like the spiritual Masters have
been saying for thousands of years. I felt it. I saw it. The unreal was
real."
Lightening Up Your
Reality
Understanding the levels of
consciousness can contribute to your view of transformation and healing by
assisting you to lighten up about realities that appear so solid, and can
contribute to your understanding that the underlying energies of love,
wisdom, light, and peace are the great healing elixirs of the universe.
Underneath the experiences of wounds, pain, and grief, there is an even
more powerful reality of love and wisdom, and when it becomes easier to
understand this, we can let our hearts open to love and joy.
